We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may effect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and "no shows" are detrimental to our business. Please be sure to choose your prefered method of communication in order to confirm your appointment. Let us know if you are unable to make your scheduled time at least 48 hours before your service. 

 Missed appointments may incur the following fees;
- Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service is No Charge.
- Cancellation within 24 hours is $25 per hour of service booked.
- Cancellation or "no show" day of service is $50 per hour of service is booked.
- Cancellations occurring after 7 pm the night prior to service will be considered same day of service.
- Cancellation fees will be processed from card on file.
- If we are unable to process your cancellation fee it will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
- Specialty Services(Ex. Color Correction) may require a deposit
- Deposits are non-refundable when services are not cancelled under 72 hours of service.
